The information we collect is strictly used to operate, maintain, and improve Debt360 and its associated services:

• Providing customizable workflows for tracking loan cured cases, NPA (Non-Performing Assets), and other critical financial metrics.
• Delivering automated omnichannel communications, payment reminders, and settlement offers securely.

Finx accesses Google Drive files only to parse financial data and does not store or share user data outside the application.

• What data we collect: We request limited access to your Google Drive specifically to read the files you choose to import (e.g., financial spreadsheets).
• Why we access Google data: We access this data solely to parse financial information and integrate it into your Debt360 workspace for debt management operations.
• How we store it: We do not store your Google Drive files. The files are processed ephemerally during the secure upload process and are immediately discarded from our systems once parsed.
• Whether we share it: We do not share, transfer, or sell any Google user data with built-in or external third-party tools, AI models, or outside services.
